You will require some equipment for each program offered in this challenge.

Access to but not essential: Bike, airdyne bike, ski erg, rower.

BUILD: Skipping rope, kettle bells, free weights/dumbells, barebell, weight plates, pull up bar, bench, cable machine.

TONE: Resistance band, kettle bell, free weights/dumbells
